"Resources By Subject"
A subgroup of WAC, along with invited public services staff, is re-thinking the goals, content, and presentation of "Resources by Subject" web pages
Incorporating UT Arlington branding into the web site
An initial concept was prepared for WAC to review. Additional conceptual mockups are being prepared for WAC’s review. When WAC has a design that it’s happy with, it will be presented to LMT.
Other home page enhancements

Completed:
"New Resources in the Libraries" / "Featured Resources in the Libraries" -- New databases (added within the previous 60 days) are displayed at random from those listed here: http://library.uta.edu/JDBC/DBs/newDBs.jsp When there are no new databases, "Featured" resources are displayed at random from those which have been selected as "featured" by the IR Content Librarians. The selection of "featured" databases will be reviewed by the IR librarians every 9 months or so.

In Progress:
Integration of the banner ads (which can promote events, services, or resources), the news & events announcements, and the New/Featured resources announcements into a single database-driven solultion, so that the text and the banner ad for an event, service or resource can be synchronized to display together, if desired.
Implementation continues, although prioritization of activities have resulted in delays

A modified visual design for the library web site that incorporates UT Arlington branding
