1. Resources by Subject -- project update (Beckett)
   

   ACTION:

   • What do we want Subject pages to have?
   • Sort through the instructional materials on the site
     
     
     
2. Implementation of vBulletin (aka message boards) (Irwin)
• Project update
• What should it be named?

ACTION:

• Retain the word "community"
• Still in the process of customizing
• Will be asking for WAC suggestions/etc soon
  
  
  

CMS update and UTA CMS Project (Jones)

ACTION:

• Campus CMS project news
• Sarah will attend their meetings as a guest
• There should be vendor demos in the next month or two

Switch to monthly meetings? (Jones)

ACTION:

• Stay at twice a month and cancel meetings as appropriate
