Absent:

1. Proposal to change WAC meeting times to 1st and 3rd Tuesdays to accommodate Professional Forum (Trkay)

          ACTION: Change to 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, same time and place, cancelling as needed if there are no agenda items

2. Podcast interview with Focus on Faculty presenters. (email from Evelyn Barker)

What if we did a podcast with our Focus on Faculty? Either before or after their talk, we interview them about their topic and have them expound on it. The resulting interview would be distilled into a 5 minute podcast--Take 5. The podcasts go on our site both as an educational resource and as a record of the Focus on Faculty event. (see also http://www.utexas.edu/inside_ut/take5/)

ACTION: If somebody's got the content, we'll put it up

3. UPDATE: Assigning responsibility for maintenance of listing on Databases for Subject pages, should it be IS, IR, somebody else? A combination?

Narrow subjects (discipline level): IS subjects specialist with responsibility for the discipline sends changes to libraryweb@uta.edu
Broad subjects: IR Content Specialists make initial subject assignments. Other library staff, email suggestions for changes to subject assignments to WAC

4. WAC vs. WAC … *we* are WAC
