Professional Development Committee

 

      About Professional Development Committee (PDC)

 

The Professional Development Committee identifies topics which would be of sufficient interest to the staff for the committee to schedule online conferences, webinars or seminars or engage speakers within the library.  PDC will seek funding from LET to enable national online conferences, webinars or seminars to be presented to staff. DPC will also publicize and evaluate events/sessions held.

 

The responsibilites of the Committee is provided in the Bylaws section VII, part B.

       2011/12 Program

The PDC is currently identifying topics, conferences and webinars that would interest staff. If you have a suggestion regarding any of these, you can email it to Clint Chamberlain, Chair of PDC.

 

When finalised, the 2011/12 program will be available from this website and the Library Staff Calendar.
