Welcome to the Library Staff Association/Professional Forum Joint Taskforce (aka the Taskforce) page. From this page you will be able to find out about the Taskforce, the activities they are undertaking, as well as link to their wiki.

 

       Taskforce Purpose

The Library Staff Association (LSA) and Professional Forum (PF) Joint Task Force (to be known as the LSA/PF Task Force) has been established to engage Library staff in a review of the current LSA and PF organizations and investigate, identify and recommend options for the evolution of the LSA and PF. The Taskforce Charge is available as a PDF. It is also available from the following folder: Q:\MIS\Professional Forum\LSA_PF Task Force\Charge

 

The Taskforce submitted its report to LET and the PF Chair and LSA President in mid-July 2011. The report will be released to staff in September 2011.

     

       Membership

The Taskforce membership is:

       Taskforce Wiki

 

The Taskforce created a LSA/PF Taskforce wiki for staff input and discussion and for meeting minutes.

 

The login to the wiki is your NETID and password – the same thing you use to log into your computer every day.

 

Once you have logged in, use the TOOLS drop down menu (upper right hand corner) and select FAVOURITE.  This page will show up in your Favourite list on the Wiki homepage (wiki.uta.edu), once you’ve logged in.

 

       Meetings and Minutes

The Taskforce met the first and third Wednesday of every month.
